Bring your favorite beverage and join us for our first virtual Deal Sharing event to share listings, build your network and connect with other chapter members in a structured but casual format.
Each presenter will have one minute to pitch their deal using a template provided by our chapter. Listings should be investment grade office, retail or industrial only. Properties can be for sale or lease and must be within the chapter footprint of Central and Eastern PA, Delaware, and Southern NJ.
Presenters must be a current SIOR Philadelphia Chapter member. There is a limit of 20 presenters, so act quickly to reserve your spot! You do not need to be an SIOR to attend and listen to the pitches.
