About Brenda Nguyen
Brenda Nguyen is a Director of Market Analytics for CoStar, a global leader in commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. Based in Philadelphia, she leads market analytics and research for the Greater Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania, and South New Jersey regions, delivering emerging trends and insights to investors, brokers, and developers across the region.
Brenda monitors and analyzes CoStar's extensive real-time transaction data across multifamily, office, industrial and retail markets. She began her commercial real estate adventure over a decade ago as a broker with MPN Realty, then served as Economic Development Manager at Center City District, Philadelphia's $30 million downtown business improvement district—the largest in the country—before joining CoStar.
She earned a B.A. with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania and served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and graduate-level courses at the Wharton School.
